Does Pizza Dough Matter?
I love Pizza! Of course, there are many, many places around that offer great pizza, but have you ever tried making one yourself? When I started making my own pizza my creative juices overflowed. For me it’s exploring all the different kinds of pizza you can make. All of my pizza were made with my favorite dough and it turns out that particular dough was ranked fifth out of all the doughs that are available for pizza. I’ll say that’s not too shabby! My recent pizza was made with the dough ranked second. I’ve never used this dough before and was eager to see why it scored so high. It’s turns out that this dough didn’t disappoint me at all! It reminds me of quality pizza dough I enjoyed at some of my favorite pizza places. It’s fluffy, airy, and it supports sauce and toppings well. With all of that being said, it’s the final results that matter. How well does it bake? Did it live up to the second place ranking it was given? After following all the baking instructions I’ll say it for me it more than earned that ranking. The dough baked up nice and fluffy and was not soggy or doughy, and the crust was very flaky and crisp! Now I see why it received second place, because what is pizza without a quality dough!
