The Start to Awesome Conch Fritters!

There’s more to conch fritters than just a combination of ingredients. The first step is making sure you’re using the freshest conch. When choosing conch, it should be a pale whitish or egg shell color at it freshest. Also, it should be firm as well. The next step is to tenderize it at least 3 times so your conch is tender throughout the fritter. The vegetables you choose should be fresh and vibrant.
You want to use red and green peppers and onion; make sure they are firm. Some of us like it 🔥 hot, so scotch bonnet pepper is my choice. Of course, for those of us who prefer less heat, red pepper flakes are a good choice. Seasoning and fresh lemon brings it all together. This is the start to Awesome conch fritters!
